ClickFunnels pricing in 2026 runs from $97 a month for Launch to $5,997 a year for Dominate, with Scale at $197 and Optimize at $297 a month in between. Annual billing on the first three plans saves about 17% ($970, $1,970 and $2,970 a year), and Dominate is sold on annual billing only. Funnels, pages and visitors are unlimited on every plan; the price rises with contacts, email sends, workspaces, team seats and courses. Every plan starts with a 14-day free trial, backed by a 30-day money-back guarantee. ClickFunnels takes no percentage of your sales, and new customers can currently get 3 months of Scale for $99. ClickFunnels pricing in 2026: what does each plan cost?
ClickFunnels charges for the size of your audience and your team, not for how much you build. Every plan lets you publish as many funnels and pages as you like. What changes as you move up is how many contacts you can store, how many emails you can send, and how many people and projects you can run.
| Plan | Monthly | Annual | Contacts | Emails/mo | Workspaces | Team | Courses | Domains |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| Launch | $97 | $970 (≈ $81/mo) | 10K | 50K | 1 | 2 | 3 | 5 |
| Scale | $197 | $1,970 (≈ $164/mo) | 75K | 300K | 5 | 5 | 6 | Unlimited |
| Optimize | $297 | $2,970 (≈ $248/mo) | 150K | 750K | 10 | 10 | 10 | Unlimited |
| Dominate | Annual only | $5,997 (≈ $500/mo) | 400K | 1.2M | 20 | 20 | 20 | Unlimited |
Prices checked 27 September 2026.
Everything below is included on all four plans, with hosting “at no additional cost”, according to the pricing page:
One asterisk: the pricing page marks “Unlimited Funnels” as Limited Time on every plan. More on that in the hidden costs section below.
Launch: $97 a month
Launch gives you 10,000 contacts, 50,000 emails a month, 1 workspace, 2 team members, 3 courses, 5 custom domains and a 1M-word allowance for the AI tools. Support is listed as “Standard Support”, and onboarding is group calls only.
The gaps are what usually decide it. Launch has no webhooks, no full API access and no custom code editor, so if your funnel needs to push data into another tool through a webhook, Launch will not do it.
Launch fits a solo seller or a two-person business with one offer and a list under 10,000. Agencies juggling client accounts will feel the single workspace quickly, and anyone who already knows they need the API should skip straight to Scale.
Scale: $197 a month
Scale is where ClickFunnels starts to look like a team tool: 75,000 contacts, 300,000 emails a month, 5 workspaces, 5 team members, 6 courses and unlimited custom domains. It adds webhooks and full API access, the custom code editor, a 2M-word AI allowance and “Priority + Live Chat Support”. Onboarding is still group calls only.
The jump from Launch is $100 a month, and the usual trigger is crossing 10,000 contacts. Scale is also the plan behind the current new-customer promo, 3 months for $99, which gets its own section below.
Optimize: $297 a month
Optimize doubles Scale’s list: 150,000 contacts, 750,000 emails a month, 10 workspaces, 10 team members, 10 courses and a 5M-word AI allowance. Support stays at “Priority + Live Chat”, and onboarding adds a private 1-hour call on top of the group calls.
That is another $100 a month over Scale. Buy it when your list passes 75,000, or when you need 7 to 10 courses or more than 5 people in the account.
Dominate: $5,997 a year
Dominate has no monthly option. It is $5,997 a year, which is about $500 a month. For that you get 400,000 contacts, 1.2 million emails a month, 20 workspaces, 20 team members, 20 courses, a 10M-word AI allowance, “VIP Support”, and 3 hours of private onboarding on top of the group calls. The pricing page lists Affiliate Center on this plan.
The step up from Optimize annual ($2,970) is $3,027 a year. That is a big jump, and it only makes sense once your list is past 150,000 contacts. If you cannot commit a full year up front, Dominate is not for you.

Monthly or annual: what does ClickFunnels cost in year one?
Annual billing saves $194 a year on Launch, $394 on Scale and $594 on Optimize. That is about 17%, because the annual price is exactly 10 months of the monthly price. The pricing page displays it as $81, $164 and $248 a month “billed annually”, but you pay the full $970, $1,970 or $2,970 up front.
Here is the full first-year bill by plan and buying path, before tax:
| Plan | Monthly billing | Annual billing | $99 promo, then monthly |
|---|---|---|---|
| Launch | $1,164 | $970 | Not offered |
| Scale | $2,364 | $1,970 | $1,872 |
| Optimize | $3,564 | $2,970 | Not offered |
| Dominate | Annual only | $5,997 | Not offered |
The number most ClickFunnels pricing breakdowns miss is in the Scale row. The $99 promo followed by nine months at $197 comes to $1,872. That is $98 less than Scale annual and $492 less than Scale monthly, and you are not paying for a year up front.
It is still $902 more than Launch paid annually. If you do not need Scale’s limits, the cheapest year of ClickFunnels is Launch on annual billing, and no promo beats that.
Don’t switch to annual on day one. Pay monthly until your funnel has taken real orders, then lock in the 17%. Paying $970 up front to save $194 is a bad trade if you stop using the tool in month two.
None of the pages ranking for this search lays out the year-one cost of each buying path, so the table above is the one to budget with.

Is the ClickFunnels $99 deal worth it?
Yes, if you already know you need Scale. ClickFunnels is offering new customers 3 months of the Scale plan for $99, against $591 at the normal $197 a month. That is a $492 saving, or $33 a month for the first three months. It is even less than three months of Launch ($291).
The terms, from the offer page on 27 September 2026:
- It is the Scale Monthly plan, for new customers only.
- The $99 is charged immediately for the first 3 months. There is no free trial on this path.
- After 3 months it renews at $197 a month plus applicable taxes until you cancel.
- The 30-day money-back guarantee still applies.
- It is billed as “limited-time”, but no end date is given.
- The offer page shows no upsells or order bumps.
- You cancel from the dashboard or by emailing support.
Take the deal if your list is past 10,000 contacts, you need webhooks or the API, or you have more than two people who need logins. Those are the reasons to be on Scale in the first place, and the promo is the cheapest way into that plan in year one.
Skip it if you are still deciding whether ClickFunnels is right for you at all. The trial costs nothing for 14 days. The promo costs $99 on day one and moves you onto a $197 plan in month four, which is $100 a month more than you may need.

Does ClickFunnels have a free trial?
Yes. ClickFunnels includes a 14-day free trial on all four plans, and a 30-day money-back guarantee covers your first payment after that. Back to back, that is 44 days to test before your money is committed.
One limit catches people during the trial: trial accounts can send only 100 marketing emails a day. You can build and test a funnel, but a broadcast to your full list has to wait until you are on a paid plan.
If you need the refund, ClickFunnels’ help centre says to email support within 30 days of your purchase with the subject line “Refund Request”. Refunds take 3 to 10 days to arrive.
We cover how the 14-day free trial and 44-day refund window work in a separate guide, including what to build in each week so the trial answers the question you started it for.

ClickFunnels hidden costs: what the pricing page doesn’t show
On top of the plan price, your costs come from payment processing and from the caps on contacts and email. A few smaller extras sit in the small print.
Payment processing fees
ClickFunnels takes no percentage of your sales. The pricing page says “You’ll keep every penny you make”, and the help centre says it “charges no additional fees beyond the standard processor rates.” Your processor still charges, and which processor you use changes the bill.
- Stripe connected directly. You pay Stripe’s standard 2.9% + $0.30 per card transaction (US). You do not need Payments AI for this, and subscriptions are managed from the Customers menu. Stripe charges its own Billing fee on subscriptions.
- Payments AI. Signing up is free. The base fee is 2.9% + $0.30 per transaction, with an extra 0.5% on each recurring (subscription) payment. Its Automation Rules feature is also 0.5%, and you are not charged twice.
- Stripe, PayPal, Coinbase or Klarna routed through Payments AI. Add 1% per transaction on top of that gateway’s own fees.
- PayPal. It only works in ClickFunnels through Payments AI, so you pay PayPal’s fees plus 1%. Gateway routing rules and advanced subscription dunning also require Payments AI.
On a $100 sale, that works out to:
| Payment setup | Fee on a $100 sale | Difference |
|---|---|---|
| Stripe connected directly, one-off | $3.20 | baseline |
| Payments AI gateway, one-off | $3.20 | $0 |
| Payments AI gateway, subscription payment | $3.70 | +$0.50 |
| Stripe routed through Payments AI, one-off | $4.20 | +$1.00 |
| Stripe routed through Payments AI, subscription | $4.70 | +$1.50 |
ClickFunnels’ own cut is $0 in every row. The 1% routing fee still adds up: on $10,000 a month of sales it comes to $100 a month, more than the Launch plan itself. If you only need Stripe, connect it directly.
Contact and email caps
Each plan caps contacts (10K, 75K, 150K, 400K) and monthly email sends (50K, 300K, 750K, 1.2M). Divide one by the other and you get the number of emails each contact can receive in a month when your list is full:
- Launch: 5 sends per contact
- Scale: 4
- Optimize: 5
- Dominate: 3
A weekly newsletter is 4 or 5 sends a month. On a full Scale list that uses the whole allowance, and on a full Dominate list it goes past it. Plan your sequences with that ceiling in mind.
The flip side is that bigger plans are far cheaper per contact. At a full list on monthly billing, 1,000 contacts cost $9.70 on Launch, $2.63 on Scale, $1.98 on Optimize and about $1.25 on Dominate. So Launch has the smallest bill but the highest cost per contact.
The price jumps come at fixed points: +$100 a month when you pass 10,000 contacts (Launch to Scale), +$100 a month at 75,000 (Scale to Optimize), and a move to Dominate’s $5,997 a year past 150,000.
“Unlimited funnels” is a limited-time perk
The pricing page marks “Unlimited Funnels” as Limited Time on every plan, and the help-centre pricing doc writes it the same way. It does not say what replaces it or when. Unlimited funnels are what you get today; do not build a 50-funnel business plan that depends on the perk lasting forever.
Everything else you might pay for
- Domains. Launch connects up to 5 custom domains, the other plans unlimited. Registering the domain itself is a separate cost with your registrar.
- Video. Uploads are capped at 3 GB per video file. The help centre gives no total storage or bandwidth cap, but very large files need an outside video host.
- Pausing instead of cancelling. The pause plan costs $17 a month. It starts at the end of your current billing cycle, keeps your funnels, courses and integrations stored, and still lets you log in.
- Changing plans. You can upgrade or downgrade from Workspace Settings, then Billing.
Why do other sites show different ClickFunnels prices?
ClickFunnels changed its plans in June 2024 and again in June 2025, and many ClickFunnels pricing articles were never updated. The four plans in this article (Launch, Scale, Optimize, Dominate) arrived with the June 2025 pricing update, according to ClickFunnels’ help centre.
Before that, from June 2024 to June 2025, ClickFunnels sold two legacy plans: Startup at $97 a month ($970 a year) and Pro at $297 a month ($2,970 a year). Those plans used metered billing:
- $0.675 per 1,000 emails
- $2.50 per 1,000 email validations
- $0.01 per workflow integration run
- $0.10 per video hosted
- $10 per 1 TB of video bandwidth
Legacy customers could avoid those charges with their own SMTP or an outside video host. The help centre says legacy plan holders keep their plan and limits, and “no additional billing will be applied to your account.”
The current plans have included email allowances instead. No per-email charge appears on the pricing page or in the help-centre pricing doc. So when a 2026 article warns you about “$0.675 per 1,000 emails”, it is describing a plan you can no longer buy. Older still are the Basic, Pro and FunnelHacker names from earlier generations, which is why a few pages show a third set of plan names altogether.
The myths we found on the pages ranking for this search on 27 September 2026:
"ClickFunnels charges $0.675 per 1,000 emails"
That was legacy metered billing. Current plans include 50K to 1.2M sends a month.
"Two plans: Startup $97 and Pro $297"
Legacy plans, replaced in June 2025 by Launch, Scale, Optimize and Dominate.
"Launch costs $972 a year"
It is $970. The $972 comes from multiplying the rounded $81 by 12.
"Payments AI takes a 5% fee"
Base fee is 2.9% + $0.30, plus 0.5% on subscription payments.
"1% surcharge when you use your own Stripe"
Only when Stripe is routed through Payments AI. Connected directly, it is $0.
"Annual billing saves 27%"
It saves about 17%, or two months.
"30-day free trial through a special link"
The trial is 14 days. The 30 is the money-back guarantee.
One mismatch is ClickFunnels’ own. Its help-centre doc comparing legacy and current plans lists Dominate at $5,970 a year. The pricing page and the help-centre pricing doc both say $5,997, so that is the number we use.
Which ClickFunnels plan should you choose?
Pick the plan by the first limit you will hit. For most people that is the contact count:
- Up to 10,000 contacts: Launch at $97, unless one of the next three rules applies.
- You need webhooks, full API access or the custom code editor: Scale, whatever your list size.
- You need 3 or more team members, 2 or more workspaces, or 4 to 6 courses: Scale.
- 10,000 to 75,000 contacts: Scale at $197.
- 75,000 to 150,000 contacts, or 7 to 10 courses: Optimize at $297.
- Over 150,000 contacts, or 11 to 20 courses: Dominate at $5,997 a year.
For most readers the default is Launch plus the free trial. It is the cheapest way to find out whether ClickFunnels earns its place in your business, and you can upgrade later from Billing. Take the $99 promo only if Scale is clearly the plan you need on day one.
ClickFunnels is not for you if $97 a month is a stretch before your first sale, or if you mainly need a course platform with a lot of courses on a small list. Six courses on Scale cost $197 a month. If price is the deciding factor, see how ClickFunnels compares with Systeme.io on price.

Frequently asked questions
How much does ClickFunnels cost per month?
Launch is $97 a month, Scale $197 and Optimize $297. Dominate has no monthly price: it is $5,997 a year, about $500 a month. That is the full ClickFunnels pricing list, checked 27 September 2026.
Does ClickFunnels have a free plan?
No. There is a 14-day free trial on every plan, followed by a 30-day money-back guarantee on your first payment. Our guide to the ClickFunnels trial and 44-day refund window covers how the two fit together.
Does ClickFunnels charge transaction fees?
ClickFunnels itself takes 0% of your sales. Your processor's fees still apply: Stripe's standard 2.9% + $0.30 if you connect it directly. Payments AI adds 0.5% on subscription payments, and 1% when Stripe, PayPal, Coinbase or Klarna is routed through it.
Does ClickFunnels charge per email sent?
Not on the current plans. Each plan includes a monthly allowance, from 50,000 sends on Launch to 1.2 million on Dominate. The $0.675 per 1,000 emails figure comes from the legacy Startup and Pro plans sold between June 2024 and June 2025.
What happens if I go over my contact limit?
ClickFunnels does not publish it. The limits are 10,000, 75,000, 150,000 and 400,000 contacts, and each step up costs $100 a month until Dominate. Ask support before your list gets close to your cap.
Is the ClickFunnels annual plan worth it?
Once your funnel is working, yes. Annual billing saves $194 on Launch, $394 on Scale and $594 on Optimize, about 17%. Pay monthly until you are sure, because the saving only counts if you keep using it for the full year.
Is there a ClickFunnels coupon code?
No coupon code. The two real discounts are annual billing, at about 17% off, and the new-customer promo of 3 months of Scale for $99, which is charged up front and renews at $197 a month plus tax.
Can I get ClickFunnels for less than $97 a month?
Two ways. Launch on annual billing is $970 a year, which the pricing page shows as $81 a month. The $99 promo works out to $33 a month for three months, but it is on Scale and renews at $197.
Can I switch plans or pause my account?
Yes. You upgrade or downgrade from Workspace Settings, then Billing. If you need a break, the pause plan costs $17 a month, starts at the end of your billing cycle and keeps your funnels, courses and integrations stored.
Why is ClickFunnels so expensive compared with alternatives?
It bundles funnels, email, CRM, courses and checkout, and even its cheapest plan is sized for up to 10,000 contacts. If you would not use that headroom, a cheaper tool fits better. Our ClickFunnels vs Systeme.io comparison shows the gap at each list size.
The bottom line
ClickFunnels pricing is simpler than the pages ranking for it suggest. There are four plans and none of them charges per email. ClickFunnels takes no cut of your sales either. Launch at $97 a month is the starting point for most people, and the 14-day trial lets you check whether it earns that before you pay.
Switch to annual once the funnel is taking orders and keep the 17%. Take the $99 Scale promo only if you already need Scale’s contacts, API or seats. It is the cheapest first year on that plan, at $1,872.
